มหาวิทยาลัยปรับปรุงอาคารเก่าและสร้างอาคารใหม่เพื่อใช้ในการสอนและเรียนรู้เพื่อสนับสนุนมาตรฐานการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน อาคารนี้ถูกเรียกว่า “อาคารดีสเปซ” เพื่อให้เป็นพื้นที่สำหรับการสอนและปฏิบัติ (เวิร์กช็อป) สำหรับนักศึกษาในคณะการออกแบบและสถาปัตยกรรม และคณะดิจิทัลมีเดีย

SPU has implemented a youth volunteer project regarding the renovation of houses for the disabled in Bang Khen District, together with the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) in renovating 10 prototype houses for the disabled.

SPU has launched the project to improve public space for health in urban areas: Bangkok In collaboration with the WePark network, the National Health Promotion Foundation and the National Health Assembly in creating prototype activities for doing programming in public green areas (Public garden) to create a model for creating public space at the community level.

The university has arranged to provide accommodation at reasonable prices for personnel to facilitate personnel whose homes are far from the university to promote a sustainable community.
