การสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ยั่งยืนและครอบคลุม เริ่มต้นจากความมั่นคงด้านที่อยู่อาศัย มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) จึงให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดสวัสดิการที่พักอาศัยและความช่วยเหลือทางการเงิน เพื่อให้บุคลากรทุกระดับสามารถสร้างชีวิตที่มั่นคงและมีคุณภาพได้อย่างแท้จริง
SPU ชลบุรี ดำเนินโครงการสวัสดิการที่พักอาศัยอย่างครอบคลุม โดยจัดห้องพักคอนโดบางปะกงธานีจำนวน 8 ห้อง และบ้านพักในหมู่บ้านแคลิฟอร์เนียแกรนเดอวิวจำนวน 3 หลัง เพื่อให้บุคลากรสามารถเข้าพักในราคาที่เหมาะสมหรือฟรีตามสิทธิ์ นอกจากนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยยังมีระบบกู้ยืมภายในวงเงินสูงสุด 180,000 บาท สำหรับซื้อ สร้าง หรือซ่อมแซมบ้าน พร้อมร่วมมือกับธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ (ธอส.) เพื่อให้บุคลากรเข้าถึงสินเชื่อบ้านดอกเบี้ยพิเศษ
