จากห้องเรียนสู่การสร้างระบบจริงในองค์กรอุตสาหกรรม นักศึกษา IT มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม พัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มบริหารจัดการนักศึกษาฝึกงานแบบครบวงจร ตั้งแต่ Onboarding ถึง Evaluation ภายใต้การนิเทศสหกิจศึกษาและการเรียนรู้จากสถานประกอบการจริง
เมื่อการฝึกงานไม่ได้จบลงเพียงการเรียนรู้หน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย แต่เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ค้นพบปัญหาและสร้างโซลูชันที่ตอบโจทย์องค์กร การเรียนรู้จึงกลายเป็นผลงานที่มีคุณค่าและสามารถนำไปต่อยอดได้จริง
คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม ขอชื่นชมผลงานของ นางสาวสุภาวดี สุภาสวัสดิ์ นักศึกษาที่นำองค์ความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้ระหว่างฝึกปฏิบัติงาน ณ บริษัท ฮีโน่มอเตอร์ส แมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ผ่านการออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ “Digital Intern Hub” บนแพลตฟอร์ม Microsoft SharePoint
ผลงานดังกล่าวเกิดจากแนวคิดการเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและกระบวนการบริหารจัดการนักศึกษาฝึกงานที่กระจัดกระจาย ให้กลายเป็นศูนย์กลางการทำงานดิจิทัลที่ช่วยให้องค์กรสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูล ติดตามความก้าวหน้า และสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาฝึกงานได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
Digital Intern Hub ได้รับการออกแบบให้ครอบคลุมกระบวนการสำคัญ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่

Onboarding: ศูนย์กลางข้อมูลสำหรับการต้อนรับและปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาฝึกงาน ช่วยให้ผู้เริ่มปฏิบัติงานเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่จำเป็นได้สะดวก

Access & Learning: พื้นที่รวบรวมข้อมูล เอกสาร และแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการฝึกปฏิบัติงาน

Project Management: สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการ ติดตามความก้าวหน้า และส่งมอบโครงงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Evaluation: สนับสนุนการติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อให้การพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษามีความต่อเนื่อง
การพัฒนาระบบบน Microsoft SharePoint ยังสะท้อนความสามารถในการประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือในระบบนิเวศ Microsoft 365 เพื่อออกแบบกระบวนการทำงานดิจิทัลที่ตอบสนองความต้องการขององค์กร โดยนักศึกษาไม่ได้ใช้เพียงทักษะการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ แต่ยังต้องเข้าใจผู้ใช้งาน วิเคราะห์ปัญหา จัดโครงสร้างข้อมูล และออกแบบประสบการณ์การใช้งานให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของสถานประกอบการ
ตลอดการฝึกปฏิบัติงาน อาจารย์สิริรัตน์ มัชฌิมาดิลก ทำหน้าที่เป็นอาจารย์นิเทศสหกิจศึกษา ติดตามความก้าวหน้า ให้คำปรึกษา และสนับสนุนการเชื่อมโยงความรู้จากมหาวิทยาลัยเข้ากับประสบการณ์การทำงานจริง เพื่อให้นักศึกษาสามารถพัฒนาทักษะวิชาชีพควบคู่กับการเรียนรู้กระบวนการทำงานขององค์กร
ผลงานนี้สะท้อนความสำคัญของการเรียนรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์จริง ซึ่งช่วยให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาทั้ง Web Development, Digital Workplace, Information Management, Problem Solving และการสื่อสารกับผู้ใช้งาน ขณะเดียวกันองค์กรก็ได้รับระบบต้นแบบที่มีศักยภาพในการลดความซ้ำซ้อนของกระบวนการจัดการข้อมูลและสนับสนุนการบริหารนักศึกษาฝึกงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
โครงการเชื่อมโยงกับ SDG 4 เป้าหมายย่อย 4.4 การพัฒนาทักษะด้านเทคนิคและวิชาชีพที่จำเป็นต่อการจ้างงาน ผ่านการฝึกปฏิบัติงานจริง และ SDG 8 เป้าหมายย่อย 8.2 การเพิ่มผลิตภาพผ่านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม ผ่านการออกแบบระบบดิจิทัลเพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการทำงาน รวมถึง SDG 9 เป้าหมายย่อย 9.5 การเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม โดยการประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัลแก้ปัญหาในสถานประกอบการ ทั้งนี้ ยังไม่มีข้อมูลยืนยันผลการลดเวลา ต้นทุน หรือการใช้งานจริงหลังส่งมอบระบบ
เพราะคุณค่าของการเรียน IT ไม่ได้อยู่ที่เขียนโค้ดได้เพียงอย่างเดียว แต่อยู่ที่การเข้าใจปัญหา ออกแบบทางออก และสร้างเทคโนโลยีที่ช่วยให้ผู้คนทำงานได้ดีขึ้น
นี่คืออีกหนึ่งตัวอย่างของการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิด “เรียนกับตัวจริง ประสบการณ์จริง” ของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม ที่เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาเปลี่ยนความรู้จากห้องเรียนเป็นผลงานวิชาชีพ และเติบโตสู่การเป็น IT Professional ที่พร้อมสร้างคุณค่าให้กับองค์กรในอนาคต
From Classroom Learning to Workplace Innovation: SPU Student Designs a Centralized Internship Management Platform Supporting Onboarding, Learning, Project Management, and Evaluation
Work-integrated learning becomes especially meaningful when students have opportunities not only to observe professional practices but also to identify organizational challenges and develop practical solutions.
Supawadee Supasawat, a student from the School of Information Technology at Sripatum University, demonstrated this approach by designing and developing “Digital Intern Hub”, a web-based internship management platform built on Microsoft SharePoint during her placement at Hino Motors Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd.
The project addresses the challenge of fragmented internship information and management processes by creating a centralized digital workspace designed to improve information accessibility, support learning, and facilitate internship administration.
The platform incorporates four core functions:

Onboarding: Centralizing orientation information and essential resources for new interns.

Access & Learning: Providing convenient access to documents, information, and learning materials.

Project Management: Supporting project coordination, progress tracking, and deliverable management.

Evaluation: Facilitating the monitoring and assessment of internship performance.
By utilizing Microsoft SharePoint within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, the student applied practical knowledge of web development, information architecture, digital workplace tools, and user-centered process design to a genuine organizational requirement.
Throughout the placement, Ajarn Sirirat Matchimadilok served as the cooperative education supervisor, monitoring progress, providing guidance, and supporting the student’s transition from academic learning to professional practice.
The project demonstrates the value of workplace-based education in strengthening technical competencies, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and professional communication. It also offers the host organization a digital solution with the potential to streamline internship administration and improve information management.
The initiative contributes to SDG 4, Target 4.4, through employment-relevant technical skill development; SDG 8, Target 8.2, through technology-enabled approaches to workplace productivity; and SDG 9, Target 9.5, through the application of digital innovation to organizational challenges. Quantitative operational improvements have not yet been documented.
The value of technology education lies not only in knowing how to build systems, but also in understanding real problems and creating solutions that make work more effective.
Through its “Learn from Real Professionals, Gain Real Experience” philosophy, Sripatum University continues to empower students to transform classroom knowledge into practical digital solutions and prepare for meaningful careers in the technology industry.
