IT SPU จัดอบรม n8n EP2 เสริมทักษะบุคลากร สร้าง Workflow อัจฉริยะ

คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การพัฒนางาน Automation ด้วย n8n EP2” เพื่อเสริมศักยภาพบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยในการประยุกต์ใช้ AI และ Workflow Automation ในการทำงานจริง มุ่งลดขั้นตอนที่ซ้ำซ้อนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานในองค์กร
การอบรมครั้งนี้ออกแบบให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้ตั้งแต่พื้นฐานของ AI Automation การออกแบบ Workflow ไปจนถึงการเชื่อมต่อระบบผ่าน API และ Credentials พร้อมทำความเข้าใจการใช้งาน SPU AI Automation Platform ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการพัฒนาระบบอัตโนมัติที่สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริงในหน่วยงาน สะท้อนการพัฒนาทักษะวิชาชีพและการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต (SDG 4.3.3)
หัวใจของกิจกรรมอยู่ที่การลงมือปฏิบัติจริง ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ทดลองสร้างระบบหลากหลาย เช่น ระบบบันทึกข้อมูลเจ้าหน้าที่ ระบบ Image Analyzer สำหรับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากภาพ Mailing Agent และ n8n AI Agent ซึ่งช่วยให้เข้าใจการออกแบบกระบวนการทำงานตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ และสามารถนำไปต่อยอดในบริบทการทำงานจริงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
การอบรมได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.ผิน ฉัตรแก้วมณี เป็นวิทยากรหลัก ร่วมด้วย อาจารย์ทิพย์อรุณ เขี้ยวแก้ว และนักศึกษาชมรม SPU AI Spark ที่ร่วมถ่ายทอดความรู้และดูแลการฝึกปฏิบัติอย่างใกล้ชิด สะท้อนการสร้างระบบการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันระหว่างบุคลากรและนักศึกษา (SDG 4.3.2)
นอกจากการพัฒนาทักษะแล้ว กิจกรรมนี้ยังช่วยผลักดันการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่การทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ผ่านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและ AI ในการจัดการกระบวนการภายในองค์กร ซึ่งเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญของการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านนวัตกรรม (SDG 9.1.1)
“การพัฒนางาน Automation ด้วย n8n EP2” จึงไม่ใช่เพียงการอบรม แต่คือการเปิดมุมมองใหม่ในการทำงาน ที่ผสานเทคโนโลยีเข้ากับกระบวนการอย่างชาญฉลาด เพื่อให้องค์กรก้าวทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัล

SPU IT Empowers Staff with n8n Workshop to Build Smart Workflows
for the Digital Era
The Faculty of Information Technology at Sripatum University organised a hands-on workshop titled “Automation Development with n8n EP2” to enhance staff capabilities in applying AI and workflow automation to real organisational tasks. The programme aimed to reduce repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation.
Participants were introduced to the fundamentals of AI automation, workflow design, and system integration using APIs and credentials. They also explored the SPU AI Automation Platform, a key tool for developing scalable automation systems applicable to real workplace environments, reflecting lifelong learning and professional skill development (SDG 4.3.3).
A core highlight of the workshop was its practical approach. Participants developed systems such as staff data recording tools, image-based data analysis systems, mailing agents, and n8n AI agents. These hands-on activities enabled a comprehensive understanding of workflow design from concept to implementation.
The session was led by Dr. Phin Chatkaewmanee, with support from Ajarn Thipparoon Khiaokaew and members of the SPU AI Spark student club, fostering collaborative learning between staff and students (SDG 4.3.2).
Beyond skill enhancement, the initiative supports organisational transformation by integrating AI into daily operations, contributing to innovation-driven infrastructure development (SDG 9.1.1).
This workshop represents more than training—it is a shift in mindset towards smarter, more agile working systems powered by technology.
