คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม ได้นำนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม “True x Google Presents: AI for All Thais, Gemini Academy at Sripatum University” เพื่อเปิดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ด้าน Generative AI ผ่านทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง
ภายในกิจกรรม นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ตั้งแต่พื้นฐานการใช้งาน AI ไปจนถึงเทคนิคการเขียน Prompt อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ควบคู่กับการพัฒนา AI Literacy และความเข้าใจด้านความปลอดภัยและจริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยี ซึ่งสะท้อนการสร้างโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและการเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้สมัยใหม่ (SDG 4.3.1 Public resources (lifelong learning) และ SDG 4.3.3 Vocational training events)
อีกหนึ่งหัวใจสำคัญของกิจกรรมคือการปลูกฝังแนวคิด “AI First Citizens” ที่มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เรียนสามารถใช้ AI ได้อย่างรู้เท่าทัน มีความรับผิดชอบ และสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งเป็นทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อโลกการทำงานยุคใหม่ และช่วยเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนก้าวเข้าสู่เส้นทางอาชีพจริง (SDG 8.4.1 Proportion of students with work placements)
ความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยกับองค์กรชั้นนำระดับโลกอย่าง True และ Google ยังสะท้อนพลังของการเชื่อมโยงภาคการศึกษาและภาคธุรกิจในการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และทักษะดิจิทัล (SDG 17.2.1 Relationships with regional NGOs and government for SDG policy และภาคเอกชน) เพื่อสร้างกำลังคนที่ตอบโจทย์อนาคต
กิจกรรมนี้จึงไม่ใช่เพียงการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ แต่คือการวางรากฐานให้ “นักศึกษา SPU” ก้าวสู่การเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลที่มีคุณภาพ พร้อมใช้ AI อย่างชาญฉลาดและสร้างคุณค่าให้กับสังคมในระยะยาว
Learning Generative AI with True x Google, SPU Students Build AI Literacy and Responsible Digital Citizenship
As artificial intelligence reshapes how people think and work, preparing the next generation to use AI effectively and responsibly has become essential.
The Faculty of Information Technology at Sripatum University brought students to participate in the “True x Google Presents: AI for All Thais, Gemini Academy at Sripatum University” program, offering hands-on learning experiences in Generative AI.
Students explored AI fundamentals, prompt engineering techniques, and real-world applications, while also developing AI literacy, safety awareness, and ethical responsibility. This reflects the university’s commitment to expanding access to modern knowledge and lifelong learning opportunities (SDG 4.3.1 Public resources (lifelong learning) and SDG 4.3.3 Vocational training events).
A key highlight of the program was fostering the concept of “AI First Citizens,” empowering students to use AI responsibly, creatively, and effectively—skills essential for the modern workforce (SDG 8.4.1 Proportion of students with work placements).
The collaboration between academia and global industry leaders such as True and Google also demonstrates the importance of partnerships in advancing digital skills and knowledge (SDG 17.2.1 Relationships with regional NGOs and government for SDG policy and private sector engagement).
This initiative goes beyond learning new technology—it lays the foundation for SPU students to become responsible digital citizens who can harness AI to create long-term value for society.
