คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม นำทีมอาจารย์และนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมงาน AI+ Smart City Summit 2026 ภายใต้งาน Huawei Thailand Digital & AI Summit 2026 ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ เพื่อเปิดมุมมองใหม่ด้านการพัฒนาเมืองอัจฉริยะในหลากหลายมิติ ทั้ง Governance, Education, Healthcare และ Tourism
ภายในงาน นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้แนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ AI ในการพัฒนาโครงสร้างเมืองและบริการสาธารณะ ซึ่งสะท้อนการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีสู่การพัฒนาเมืองอย่างยั่งยืน (SDG 11.1.3 Sustainable Cities and Communities: publications)
ไฮไลต์สำคัญคือ Workshop Huawei Cloud ที่เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้โครงสร้างระบบคลาวด์ ตั้งแต่แนวคิดพื้นฐานไปจนถึงการใช้งานจริงในภาคอุตสาหกรรม พร้อมลงมือปฏิบัติร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากหัวเว่ย ซึ่งเป็นการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติที่ช่วยเสริมทักษะวิชาชีพอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม (SDG 4.3.3 Vocational training events) และเตรียมความพร้อมสู่โลกการทำงานจริง (SDG 8.4.1 Proportion of students with work placements)
นอกจากนี้ การเข้าร่วมเวทีระดับนานาชาติยังสะท้อนถึงความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยกับภาคอุตสาหกรรมเทคโนโลยีระดับโลก (SDG 17.2.1 Relationships with regional NGOs and government for SDG policy และภาคเอกชน) ที่ช่วยเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เข้าถึงองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และเครือข่ายวิชาชีพ
เพราะการเรียนรู้ที่ดีที่สุด ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นแค่ในห้องเรียน แต่เกิดขึ้นเมื่อผู้เรียนได้สัมผัสของจริง ลงมือทำจริง และมองเห็นอนาคตด้วยตนเอง และนี่คืออีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญของนักศึกษา SPU ในการก้าวสู่โลกเทคโนโลยีอย่างมั่นใจ

Gaining Hands-On Experience in Smart City and Cloud Technologies
As artificial intelligence continues to shape the cities of the future, exposing students to global platforms has become essential in developing future-ready skills.
The Faculty of Information Technology at Sripatum University led faculty members and students to participate in the AI+ Smart City Summit 2026, part of the Huawei Thailand Digital & AI Summit 2026, held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The event provided valuable insights into smart city development across key sectors, including governance, education, healthcare, and tourism.
Students explored how AI can be applied to enhance urban infrastructure and public services, reflecting the integration of technology into sustainable city development (SDG 11.1.3 Sustainable Cities and Communities: publications).
A major highlight was the Huawei Cloud Workshop, where students gained hands-on experience in cloud architecture, real-world industrial applications, and direct interaction with Huawei experts. This practical training supports vocational skill development (SDG 4.3.3 Vocational training events) and prepares students for real-world careers (SDG 8.4.1 Proportion of students with work placements).
Participation in this global event also highlights strong collaboration between academia and leading technology industries (SDG 17.2.1 Relationships with regional NGOs and government for SDG policy and private sector engagement), providing students with access to knowledge, innovation, and professional networks.
This experience reinforces the idea that the most effective learning happens through real-world exposure and hands-on practice—empowering SPU students to confidently step into the future of technology.
