ศกลวรรณ จวบนก ทำหน้าที่ System Analyst / Software Developer พัฒนา Corporate Health Information Management System ครบวงจร เพื่อจัดการข้อมูลสุขภาพพนักงานขององค์กร ออกแบบ Dashboard แบบ Real-time ช่วยให้การติดตามและมองเห็นภาพข้อมูลเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ลื่นไหล และลดขั้นตอนงานเอกสารซ้ำซ้อน จนสามารถนำไปใช้งานจริงในงานประจำวันของ TQM

From classroom to enterprise—SPU students deliver Health Data and KPI Analytics systems live at TQM, serving 4,800 employees and accelerating job‑ready skills
Real access to learning happens when students build for the real world. Through SPU’s Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE), IT students joined TQM to co-develop enterprise software, turning the workplace into a live classroom and sharpening industry-grade competencies.
Sakolwan Choubnak, serving as System Analyst / Software Developer, built a Corporate Health Information Management System to streamline employee health tracking. The solution features real-time interactive dashboards that simplify data visualization and cut repetitive manual steps—now deployed for daily operations at TQM.
Sorasak Sornkrai, also System Analyst / Software Developer, enhanced the employee performance platform with KPI and Bell Curve Analytics. The module defines grade quotas and consolidates company and business-line reporting, and includes ranking logic for bonus and promotion decisions—covering more than 4,800 employees. The work strengthened data accuracy and security and reduced HR time previously spent compiling Excel-based reports.
The team leveraged React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Microsoft SQL Server, and .NET API—focusing on system design, data integration, and production reliability. Outcomes include streamlined workflows, faster and more accurate decision-making, and standardized information management.
This CWIE experience lowers barriers to advanced learning by giving students direct exposure to enterprise problems, tools, and standards—from analysis and architecture to testing and production handover—building the exact capabilities demanded by today’s tech workforce.
