Seminar “AEC: The Future of Thai Labor: Qualifications of Thai Labor for the Service Industry Sector in the ASEAN Community Era”
Faculty of Liberal Arts, Sripatum University organized a seminar on “AEC: The Future of Thai Labor: Qualifications of Thai Labor for the Service Industry Sector in the ASEAN Community Era” to prepare students and understand the advantages of Thai labor in terms of cultural strengths, service identity, impacts (pros and cons) of Thai labor when entering the AEC, and guidelines for developing labor skills to increase career opportunities in terms of language, service, international culture, and expertise in the field, etc. The event was honored by Dr. Monticha Kreusuwan, Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Sripatum University, as the opening chairman. Ms. Pattamaporn Yoshimura, General Manager of Sukhothai Hotel, Bangkok, and Ms. Tasanai Mueansen, Assistant Managing Director of JobBK.com Co., Ltd., were honored to be special speakers for the seminar on November 24, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Library Courtyard, 1st Floor, Zone C, 40th Anniversary Building, Sripatum University, Bangkok (Bangkhen).
