IT SPU เปิด “Job Matching Day” เชื่อมการเรียนสู่ตลาดงานจริง นักศึกษาสมัคร–คุย HR–ยื่นเรซูเม่และรับนัดสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้นได้ทันที
เพราะโอกาสงานที่ “เข้าถึงง่าย” คือจุดสตาร์ทสำคัญของคนสายเทค IT SPU จึงจัดกิจกรรม Job Matching Day เปิดพื้นที่ให้การเรียนกับการทำงานจริงเจอกันครึ่งทาง ภายในงาน บริษัทชั้นนำกว่า 30 บริษัท จากหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรมได้เข้าพบและพูดคุยกับนักศึกษามากกว่า 100 คนแบบตัวต่อตัว ช่วยให้เห็นภาพตำแหน่งงานจริง เส้นทางอาชีพที่เป็นไปได้ และทักษะที่ตลาดต้องการในปัจจุบัน
นักศึกษาเดินเข้าบูธบริษัท ยื่นเรซูเม่ สมัครตำแหน่งที่สนใจ และสอบถามรายละเอียดงานได้โดยตรงกับ HR และทีมงานจากภาคธุรกิจ บางบูธเปิดโอกาสนัดสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้นภายในงาน เพื่อตรวจคุณสมบัติและพอร์ตผลงานทันที กระบวนการทั้งหมดออกแบบให้ “ลดขั้นตอน” และ “ลดเวลา” ระหว่างห้องเรียนกับโลกงานจริง โดยเฉพาะนักศึกษาที่กำลังเตรียมตัวก่อนออกสหกิจศึกษา
กิจกรรมมุ่งเน้นประสบการณ์แบบ hands-on ทั้งด้านการสื่อสารโปรไฟล์ การเล่าเรื่องผลงาน (portfolio storytelling) และการเข้าใจ expectation ของตำแหน่งงานสายเทค ตั้งแต่ซอฟต์แวร์ เดต้า จนถึงงานไอทีซัพพอร์ต ช่วยให้นักศึกษาวางแผนอัปสกิลและรีสกิลได้ตรงจุดมากขึ้น ขณะเดียวกัน สถานประกอบการก็ได้พบเจอว่าที่บัณฑิตไอทีที่มีแรงขับและผลงานจริงจากโครงการเรียน
Job Matching Day ไม่เพียง “พาโอกาสมาหานักศึกษา” แต่ยังขยายการเข้าถึงการเรียนรู้เชิงอาชีพ (work-integrated learning) ให้เป็นขั้นตอนที่ทำได้ทันทีในมหาวิทยาลัย นักศึกษาได้รับภาพรวมตลาดงาน ปรับเรซูเม่หน้างาน พร้อมสมัครตำแหน่งที่สอดคล้องกับความถนัดและความสนใจ ช่วยย่นช่องว่างจากการเรียนไปสู่การทำงาน และวางฐานให้การออกสหกิจศึกษาราบรื่นและมีทิศทาง

IT SPU hosted Job Matching Day to close the gap between learning and real work. More than 30 leading companies across multiple industries met with over 100 students for direct conversations about roles, career paths, and in-demand skills. The event was designed as a frictionless pathway for students preparing for cooperative education, enabling immediate actions that move them closer to employment.
Throughout the day, students visited company booths to submit resumes, apply for positions, and ask role-specific questions directly to HR and hiring teams. Several booths offered on-the-spot preliminary interview opportunities to review qualifications and portfolios. The experience emphasized hands-on readiness: profile communication, portfolio storytelling, and clearer understanding of expectations for tech roles spanning software, data, and IT support.
By bringing opportunities to campus, Job Matching Day expands access to work-integrated learning. Students left with market insights, resume improvements, and real applications submitted to roles aligned with their strengths and interests—accelerating the journey from coursework to the workplace and setting a strong foundation for a successful co‑op.
