อาจารย์ IT SPU แชร์องค์ความรู้ AI เสริมศักยภาพบุคลากรกรมราชทัณฑ์
สร้างระบบงานอัจฉริยะอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบ
เมื่อวันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 09.00–16.00 น. คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม โดย อาจารย์ทิพย์อรุณ เขี้ยวแก้ว ได้รับเชิญเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายพิเศษในรูปแบบออนไลน์ ให้แก่บุคลากรกรมราชทัณฑ์ ในหัวข้อ “การใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) มาใช้ในการพัฒนางานราชทัณฑ์” เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และเปิดมุมมองใหม่ในการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในภาครัฐ
การบรรยายมุ่งเน้นการทำความเข้าใจพื้นฐานของ AI และแนวทางการนำไปใช้จริงในงานราชการ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การจัดทำเอกสาร การค้นหาข้อมูล หรือการสร้างสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ ซึ่งช่วยลดภาระงานซ้ำซ้อนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน สะท้อนการพัฒนาทักษะวิชาชีพและการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของบุคลากร (SDG 4.3.3)
อีกหนึ่งประเด็นสำคัญคือการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดในการเลือกใช้เครื่องมือ AI ให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของหน่วยงาน เพื่อให้สามารถจัดการข้อมูลได้อย่างเป็นระบบ และสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งเป็นพื้นฐานของการพัฒนาโครงสร้างงานด้านเทคโนโลยีในองค์กร (SDG 9.1.1)
นอกจากนี้ วิทยากรยังเน้นย้ำถึงการใช้ AI อย่างมีความรับผิดชอบ โดยคำนึงถึงความถูกต้องของข้อมูล ความมั่นคงปลอดภัย และจริยธรรมในการใช้งาน เพื่อให้การนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดและไม่กระทบต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของหน่วยงาน สอดคล้องกับการสร้างระบบการทำงานที่โปร่งใสและมีความรับผิดชอบ (SDG 16.2.5)
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมในการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้สู่สังคม และการทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพบุคลากรให้พร้อมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัล
เมื่อเทคโนโลยีถูกใช้อย่างเข้าใจและมีจริยธรรม การพัฒนาองค์กรก็จะก้าวไปข้างหน้าอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน
SPU IT Lecturer Empowers Department of Corrections Staff with AI Skills for Smarter and Responsible Operations
On 18 June 2026, from 09:00 to 16:00, the Faculty of Information Technology at Sripatum University, represented by Ajarn Thipparoon Khiaokaew, delivered a special online lecture to personnel from the Department of Corrections. The session, titled “Applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Corrections Work Development,” aimed to enhance understanding and practical application of AI in public sector operations.
The lecture focused on fundamental AI concepts and practical use cases, including data analysis, document preparation, information retrieval, and media creation. These applications help reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency, reflecting professional skill development and lifelong learning (SDG 4.3.3).
Participants also explored strategies for selecting appropriate AI tools tailored to organisational contexts, enabling more structured data management and informed decision-making—key components of innovation-driven infrastructure (SDG 9.1.1).
Importantly, the session emphasised responsible AI usage, addressing data accuracy, security, confidentiality, and ethical considerations to ensure trustworthy and effective implementation. This aligns with transparent and accountable institutional practices (SDG 16.2.5).
This initiative highlights Sripatum University’s role in transferring digital knowledge to government agencies and strengthening workforce capabilities to adapt to the evolving digital landscape.
When technology is applied with understanding and responsibility, organisations can move forward with confidence and sustainability.
