วิศวะ–ไอที SPU ผนึกกำลัง สร้างผู้นำรุ่นใหม่ ลงพื้นที่จริง
พัฒนาแนวคิดเชื่อมชุมชนบางบัวสู่อนาคตที่ดีกว่า
คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ร่วมกับคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม จัดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำนักศึกษา ในหัวข้อ “ผู้นำกับการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน” ระหว่างวันที่ 15-16 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 09.00–17.00 น. ณ ห้องออดิทรอเรียม 1 และชุมชนบางบัวเชิงสะพานไม้ 1 โดยมีนักศึกษา คณาจารย์ ศิษย์เก่า และผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมกว่า 140 คน เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่เรียนรู้ที่ผสานทั้งทักษะชีวิตและเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่
บรรยากาศของกิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยการสร้างความไว้วางใจผ่านกิจกรรมละลายพฤติกรรม ก่อนต่อยอดสู่การเรียนรู้บทบาทของผู้นำนักศึกษายุคใหม่ ที่ต้องเข้าใจทั้งคน งาน และสังคม ผ่านกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ (Design Thinking) และการใช้ Generative AI เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและพัฒนาแนวทางแก้ปัญหาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ สะท้อนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต (SDG 4.3.3, 4.3.4) ที่เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกทักษะจริงนอกห้องเรียน
หัวใจสำคัญของโครงการอยู่ที่การลงพื้นที่ชุมชนบางบัวเชิงสะพานไม้ 1 นักศึกษาได้สัมผัสบริบทจริง รับฟังเสียงของชุมชน และร่วมกันค้นหาแนวทางพัฒนาเส้นทางเดินเท้าให้ปลอดภัยและเข้าถึงได้มากขึ้น ซึ่งเชื่อมโยงกับการส่งเสริมโครงสร้างพื้นฐานในชุมชน (SDG 11.4.6) และการมีส่วนร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในพื้นที่ (SDG 11.4.7) ขณะเดียวกัน การทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมยังสะท้อนถึงการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่โลกการทำงานอย่างมีคุณค่า (SDG 8.4.1)
ตลอดกิจกรรม นักศึกษาได้ฝึกการสื่อสาร การบริหารความแตกต่าง และการนำเสนอผลงานในรูปแบบ Pitching ซึ่งเป็นทักษะสำคัญของผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 แนวคิดที่ได้จากชุมชนถูกถ่ายทอดออกมาเป็นสื่อและแผนงานที่จับต้องได้ แสดงให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพของนักศึกษาที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงเทคโนโลยีกับความต้องการของสังคมได้อย่างแท้จริง
โครงการนี้ไม่เพียงสร้างประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ แต่ยังจุดประกายให้ “นักศึกษา” มองเห็นบทบาทของตนเองในฐานะผู้ขับเคลื่อนสังคม ผ่านการลงมือทำจริงและการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นอย่างเข้าใจและเคารพความหลากหลาย
มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมยังคงเดินหน้าสร้างผู้นำรุ่นใหม่ที่ไม่เพียงเก่งเทคโนโลยี แต่มีหัวใจของการพัฒนา พร้อมก้าวไปสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยั่งยืนในทุกมิติของสังคม
SPU Engineering and IT Join Forces to Shape Future Leaders Through Real-World Community Engagement in Bang Bua
The Faculty of Engineering, in collaboration with the Faculty of Information Technology at Sripatum University, hosted a student leadership development programme titled “Leadership for Sustainable Development” on 18–19 June 2026, from 09:00 to 17:00, at Auditorium 1 and the Bang Bua Wooden Bridge Community 1. The event brought together over 140 participants, including students, faculty members, alumni, and the public, creating a dynamic learning environment that blends life skills with modern technology.
The programme began with interactive activities designed to build trust, followed by sessions exploring the role of modern student leaders. Participants engaged in Design Thinking processes and leveraged Generative AI to analyse data and develop innovative, practical solutions—reflecting lifelong learning approaches (SDG 4.3.3, 4.3.4) beyond the classroom.
A key highlight was the fieldwork at the Bang Bua community. Students immersed themselves in the local context, listening to residents and identifying ways to improve pedestrian pathways for safer and more inclusive access. This hands-on engagement aligns with sustainable community infrastructure (SDG 11.4.6) and collaborative planning with local stakeholders (SDG 11.4.7), while also preparing students for meaningful employment through practical experience (SDG 8.4.1).
Throughout the programme, students strengthened essential skills in communication, teamwork, and pitching their ideas. Their outputs—ranging from media content to actionable proposals—demonstrated the ability to connect technological tools with real societal needs.
More than just a training programme, this initiative inspired students to see themselves as active contributors to society. By working closely with communities and embracing diversity, they began shaping their roles as future leaders.
Sripatum University continues to cultivate a new generation of leaders—individuals who not only excel in technology but also carry a strong sense of social responsibility, ready to drive sustainable change in all dimensions of society.
