Weaving Dreams to the Wide Sky! The Aviation Business, Sripatum University, Opens Special Lectures to Enhance Knowledge and Lead Students into the Aviation Industry Market
On October 29, 2024, Sripatum University, Department of Aviation Business, College of Tourism and Hospitality, organized a special lecture on the topic of “Career Trends in the Aviation Industry” for students studying in the course ALB229 Human Resource Management in the Aviation Industry. This activity was organized to enhance skills in human resource management and open perspectives in preparation for entering the aviation industry labor market.
This event is honored by Mr. Surapin Supradit, an expert with extensive experience in various dimensions of the aviation industry, including Aviation IT, Human Resource Management (HR), Civil Aviation, and Aviation Economics, who will share his in-depth knowledge and experiences, as well as provide an overview of the important role of human resource management in the aviation sector.
Mr. Surapin also spoke about the future trends in human resource needs and the importance of creating a work environment that supports efficiency, as well as introducing communication techniques in organizations, which are important factors in creating career advancement. The participating students gained hands-on experience in developing analytical thinking skills and learned problem-solving processes that will prepare them for success in their careers.

Prof. Siranrat Phaholpet, the instructors in charge of the Aviation Business program, who have closely supervised students and provided them with knowledge to prepare them to become quality personnel in the continuously growing aviation industry labor market.
