Create a brilliant accounting office business

My working life began in 1995. Throughout my time working closely with business income and expenses, I realized that business processes are important to the survival of a business, which will be presented in the form of operating results called “Financial Statements”. Therefore, I decided to study accounting because the accounting profession is important to businesses and must comply with the Accounting Act 2000, which guarantees the importance of business accounting. It is also a profession under the Accounting Profession Act 2004, which will lead to the dignity of the profession, which must have supporting laws and a professional council to supervise the practice of the profession to have standards equal to those of civilized countries.
I have worked as an accounting manager and an accounting teacher for some time, and I have encountered various problems in working in various businesses, both from my own work and from students who asked me questions from work. I had the opportunity to set up accounting systems and do accounting for many businesses. I found that the more I did it, the more fun I had and I liked working in this field. So I accumulated knowledge and experience until 2010, when I started to register my own accounting office. In 2014, I was certified for the quality accounting office system by the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce. Then, ISO9001:2015, the business governance system. In order for the accounting office to be successful in terms of the number of customers and performance, I found that there must be a management system that will result in the BSC concept, which will result in 4 aspects: finance, customers, internal operations, learning and development. From the determination to develop the accounting office, my accounting office received the Outstanding Governance Award from the Department of Business Development, the Outstanding Ethics Award from the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Outstanding Digital Accounting Office Award from the Ministry of Commerce, and was appointed as the accounting office representative of the Revenue Department.
Over the past ten years, it can be concluded that the results of this success are the result of a knowledgeable and capable team, standardized work processes and systems, and the selection of appropriate technology (People + Process + technology) to keep up with changes in the economy and society. Accounting information that meets customer needs, reduces costs, and supports information that is useful for business decision-making. At present, the development of technology is changing rapidly. Accounting professionals must continuously adapt, learn, and develop various skills that will lead to becoming professional accountants (To be a professional accountant). As for the accounting office, it must be a professional accounting office (To be a professional firm), which is the pride that shows the success of professional accountants.
