The path to becoming a digital accounting firm

Kaewjirapat Accounting Co., Ltd. and the transformation from a quality accounting office to a digital accounting office by applying innovation and modern technology to internal and external work processes by integrating seamless connections to meet the needs of working during the COVID-2019 pandemic, allowing work from home, no matter where you are, you can work anywhere, anytime, reducing costs and operating expenses very well. This results in more efficient and effective services, creating added value for the organization in the form of creating new services, supporting statistical data that will be useful for executive decision-making and being a sustainable business partner. In addition, the company also links data with other agencies in the country and abroad, with customers in Thailand opening businesses in Laos using the company’s On Cloud accounting program via the Internet network. It has also coordinated with auditing offices in Laos to exchange knowledge and experiences together. This is considered a borderless business expansion. After the company introduced innovation and digital technology into its internal and external work systems, it was found that the company was able to save costs and administrative expenses by up to 70%, or 441,367 baht per year.
The company has created new services to meet the needs of customers in the digital age by changing the role of accounting services to consulting, auditing, and enhancing data analysis skills for decision-making for employees, making them a business partner.
The company is also committed to developing internal and external work systems to be modern, supporting the operations of customers and employees in a variety of ways, covering all work systems, and being able to provide statistical data for decision-making to executives immediately when needed. The system will be created for use by itself through the Cloud Accounting & ERP Application system.
