Dr. Yongyuth Saengrungruang, 3rd batch of Doctor of Laws, Sripatum University, who received a thesis grant from the National Research Council of Thailand, received an outstanding thesis award from the National Research Council of Thailand on the topic of “Law Development for the Justice Process in Local Elections”.
