Assistant Professor Jiamjit Suwannoi graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Sripatum University and a Master of Laws in Business Law from Ramkhamhaeng University, as well as a Thai Bar Association of the Thai Bar Association. He is an expert in criminal law and has experience as a lawyer in many criminal cases. He is currently appointed as a mediator at the Central Labor Court, acting as a mediator in labor disputes, and has been appointed as a subcommittee member for academic affairs of the Lawyers Council under Royal Patronage.

He has experience in the legal field as a legal advisor in the Communication and Telecommunications Law Group, Office of the Council of State. He also has other experiences related to the mass media business, working as an editor, translator, and freelance writer for various publishing houses.
These diverse experiences inspired me to pursue master’s and doctoral degrees in Intellectual Property Law, with a special interest in copyright law.
