รายละเอียดงาน
– ผลักดันยอดขายและยอดโอน ของโครงการที่รับผิดชอบ ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท
– รับผิดชอบ ดูแล ตรวจสอบเอกสารทุกชนิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขายและโอนให้ถูกต้องและเป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท
– วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สภาพการแข่งขันในตลาดที่ตนเองได้รับมอบหมาย ทั้งในส่วนของลูกค้า และคู่แข่งขัน
– ประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ เพื่อผลักดันให้เกิดยอดขาย ยอดโอน
– สร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าใน portfolio ที่ตนเองดูแล
– วันทำงาน 6 วัน (หยุดวันธรรมดา 1 วัน)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ หรือจีนได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานขายหรือที่เกี่ยวข้องจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
