หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
Extend your ambassador’s role to promote a friendly and welcoming environment within the building
Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items
Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office and other administrative role set by Residential Manager.
Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.
คุณสมบัติ
Bachelor degree in Art-English,Humanities,or related fields
Welcome new graduates
1years’experience in Juristic person, Customer Service, Hotel receptionist, Cabin Crew,Guest Service will be an advantage
Good personality and service –minded oriented
Good communication skill, ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Good command inEnglish is required
