หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1. Digital Printing Operation
- Plan, schedule and coordinate daily printing operations to meet production targets and fulfill customer order.
- Monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of print jobs, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards,
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize print processes and minimize waste.
- Files adjustment and rectification on as per customer requesting.
2. Quality Control and Assurance
- Implement and maintain strictly quality control procedures to ensure accurate color reproduction and print consistency.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues.
3. Continuous Improvement
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance printing efficiency and reduce waste.
- Drive innovation and explore new technologies or methodologies to improve printing capabilities with R&D team or sample inquiry.
4. Equipment Maintenace
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure printing equipment is in excellent working condition.
- Schedule and oversee regular equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
คุณสมบัติ
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts or related field.
- Proven experience in printing operations within a printing company or a similar industry.
- Acknowledge of printing processes, technologies and pre-press/post-press workflows.
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality control and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with printing equipment maintenance and trouble shooting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing printing requirement.
