A believer in doing what you love Make us do it better
Phi Teng Teng: Hello, my name is Teng Teng Waranchai Lee-angkun-aksorn. I am currently studying at Sripatum University, Faculty of Business Administration, majoring in International Business. I graduated from Rangsit Wittaya School in Chiang Mai Province. My studies at that time were not very outstanding because I mostly participated in activities for the school (but I did not quit studying). My family let me do what I liked and did not force me to study much, except for my mother who was very serious and had high expectations for me. But I never told my mother about this. If my mother knew, she would not like it (laughs). So I believed that if we do what we like, we will have the heart to do it and that thing will turn out well. At that time, I thought that most of my friends in school lived their lives, going to school in the morning, coming home, taking a shower, and going to bed, waiting for the holidays to rest and having holidays with the same patterns. It made me feel like “I wasted my time.” So I spent my high school doing what I liked and doing things that I thought could improve myself, such as exercising in the evening, practicing music, and starting to read books, not textbooks, but books that I was interested in and wanted to read, or working on holidays and gaining experience from life.
Family Thoughts Made me who I am today

Phi Teng Teng: I was mostly influenced by my family’s ideas. I had a mother who only completed junior high school. Due to the poverty at that time, she had to leave home to work to support the family. When she had me, she had the responsibility of raising and teaching my grandparents since I was young. And of course, they didn’t have the opportunity to study either, so they couldn’t impart knowledge to me in the classroom. But in terms of knowledge for life…
They have taught me through their hardship experiences. They have taught me the value of money, sacrifice, love, and patience that I received from my grandparents, which has made me who I am today. As for my education and expenses, my mother is responsible for all of them. She has given me the best that she could and has given me many opportunities, such as the opportunity to meet successful adults or the opportunity to learn about society on another level, which are all opportunities for me to learn and see more than my peers. If I am given the opportunity and do something, I expect that the results will not only be useful or good, but also the best.
The most prepared person Is the person with the most opportunities
Phi Teng Teng: Therefore, in my interests or dreams, when I want to do something, there must be a main factor that will drive that thing to become a reality, which is money. That’s why I like things about money, so I chose to study business administration without hesitation. As for choosing a major, I always think of setting myself up as a big fish in a small pond first by finding my strength, which is language. Because my family already communicates in Chinese and my family has a business as capital, I chose to major in international business. This major mostly uses language as the main factor in learning. Therefore, if we already have knowledge of language, we don’t need to spend a lot of time understanding and learning new things. Instead, we can use the time to learn other things and have time to prepare for the opportunities that come. Because I think that the people who are most prepared are the ones who have the most opportunities.
Studying here gives you real work experience. And I actually got paid.
Phi Teng Teng: I was impressed by this place from the beginning with the faculty’s outstanding feature of having a lot of majors to choose from. In addition, I learned from people who actually work and practice in that field. This allowed many students to gain knowledge and see the working environment from choosing that major. I also have to compliment the teachers who are friendly, understanding, and make students want to study. There is not much stress in studying, and the teachers are still respected by the students. In addition, the teachers often have projects from outside the university to offer students to do. It is not forced (laughs) so that students can gain real work experience (and get paid). And the most impressive thing is the classmates. In the university, classmates are very important. I was lucky to have good classmates who are very responsible and understand and respect each other.

Share experiences in the labor skills competition Not just learning, but this competition There are still many opportunities to expand.
Phi Teng Teng: I had the opportunity to compete in the international freight management and problem solving competition. I was inspired by the opportunity my professor gave me. I also learned that the government sector supported this issue. I looked at the credit I would receive, so I immediately agreed to do it. I would like to thank Asst. Prof. Dr. Sutheenee Mongkol and Mr. Soraphol Boonrakul, who helped propose, coordinate, and follow up on the project, and coordinated and followed up with the dean and all the lecturers in the Faculty of Business Administration who gave me encouragement and understanding because being isolated can be an obstacle to studying. All the lecturers who taught the subjects understood and were flexible. The hardest part was that I was not used to being isolated. I had to be away from many things, such as my family and friends, including my changing routine. It might take some time to get used to it. As for the competition, I think that things that are difficult to understand, difficult to do, or difficult to solve are things that we will have to face anyway. If we can understand and solve them, it won’t be difficult anymore. What I got from this competition was connections because I got to work with my friends who were also representatives. Those friends are considered friends who have studied or thought, some of whom may have more than us. In addition, I received knowledge from the experts who taught me. It is a rare opportunity and the credit that we will get will stay with us forever.
My secret is time management. No matter what you do, it will turn out well.

Phi Teng Teng: Everyone has the same 24 hours, and to manage time well, we need discipline and planning. I don’t let each thing’s time clash, and I don’t allow exceptions for the work I do. I have a fixed time and plan each day so that I can study to my fullest, exercise to my fullest, and still have time left for personal business. The activities I do come from using my free time to do activities. I don’t only do activities in the Faculty of Management.
Sometimes I also work in different faculties, such as the Faculty of Communication Arts. Therefore, time management is important. If I can’t manage my time, I can’t accept more work. Even if I do, it will affect my planned routine and cause problems with my work. Therefore, whether there are activities or not, I see studying as a duty that I have to take responsibility for and do my best. But I will focus on studying anyway. My study technique is that I will take the time to understand things in my own way, rather than taking notes or reading to remember for exams. If I have any questions or points that I don’t understand, I will ask the teacher immediately after class so that I won’t be left hanging before studying something new. As for exams, I just review things so that I won’t be too tired.
This is the idea. Make us successful
Phi Teng Teng: The idea is the most important thing. Because when there is a thought, there will be action and then there will be a result. So if you are going to start doing something, it must come from a good way of thinking. You must be meticulous and plan carefully. And when the foundation of the idea is good, taking action and developing it will not be difficult. Because the result will be what we have done. But if the result is not what we want or expected, I will look back to see where I went wrong and learn to fix it. And try not to think that I will lose anything, but think that I will learn something from doing that thing more.

A message to the younger generation who are reading this. Remember that time is the most valuable thing.
Brother Teng Teng: The most valuable time is the allocation or planning of each day. That is the most important thing. I want everyone to try to do what they like and be themselves as much as possible. When we do what we like, we will find our goals and to reach the goal is to plan and prepare. I cannot give the best encouragement or guidance to all my friends, but I believe that all the experiences and thoughts that I have shared may be useful to my friends in planning their future paths. When you receive that opportunity, do your best because the results that we should expect are not just usable or just good, but they must be the best.
