Hello!! My name is Wanchalerm Towijit (Brother Garfield). I am an alumnus of the Faculty of Accountancy, Sripatum University. I graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree (First Class Honors) in 2019.
As everyone has heard that “accounting” will not be unemployed, I am one of them who has heard and believed that because every organization needs people who understand the background of those numbers. Personally, I like calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) anything related to numbers. That is the reason why I chose the faculty that uses numbers as the number 1, which is “accounting”. Some of you may wonder, hey!! I like numbers, the Faculty of Economics has it, why didn’t I choose it? That was the question I asked myself at that time. But in the end, I chose to study in the Faculty of “Accounting”, including the Faculty of Accounting at Sripatum University. It is guaranteed that after graduating, you will have a job because you will get to study with real people and have real experiences. So I decided to study in the Faculty of Accounting at Sripatum University.
When I was a first year accounting student at SPU, I went to every activity. I never rejected any opportunity that came my way. It made my learning environment more diverse, whether it was internal or external competitions, being a staff, etc.
Part of the work
After graduating, I started working at my first job, which was an accounting and auditing company. It gave me a lot of experience from there, whether it was recording accounts that I had studied according to accounting reporting standards, taxes, and document inspection. After working there for a while, I moved to work at the current Khonburi Sugar Public Company Limited, which is a larger organization and I learned a lot more. I looked at financial statements and talked to the Ex-Audit who came to audit. Finally, learning, whether in the classroom or outside the classroom, if everyone wants to develop themselves, never stop learning, no matter what it is.
