I never thought of going to a private university, but when I failed a government university, I had to look for an alternative for myself. Sripathum University gave me a great opportunity by providing scholarships for those with good academic results. Therefore, I graduated from the Faculty of Accountancy, studying for free, having money to spend, and receiving first class honors, which is a great source of pride.
What I got from studying here is not just the knowledge in textbooks, but what I got more than that is the love, warmth, and care from the faculty and friends who always gave me a friendly feeling like a second home full of friendliness, always giving me good advice and sharing experiences during my studies. The skills and knowledge I learned opened up a broader worldview for myself, which I can apply and develop further in my work.
In terms of studying, at first I was worried that it would be difficult. But when I started studying, it wasn’t like I thought. I had fun learning what I liked every day. The teacher imparted knowledge very well. Studying wasn’t difficult at all. But you have to listen carefully to the teacher and do your homework by yourself. If you understand the principles of accounting and do your homework by yourself, you can easily do the exam. Studying accounting doesn’t always require you to be good at numbers or mathematics. We need to understand the principles of accounting more. And if you are determined, studying isn’t difficult at all. You can use the knowledge you gain to further your career in many ways, whether it’s your own business, a company employee, an auditor, or working in the tax industry.
A good environment and atmosphere also affects learning. At Sripatum University, there is a very good environment, shady, with beautiful trees, swaying palm trees, clean, with complete facilities. Students are encouraged to do useful activities apart from studying. It is a practice for working and living with others. Each activity is very fun, whether it is a volunteer camp, sports committee, or various faculty events.
Even though I graduated many years ago, the bond between teachers and students, classmates, seniors, and juniors has never faded. They always send good wishes and good things to each other. Faculty of Accountancy, Sripatum University, studying here is definitely happy.
