Mr. Krisaphong Kridakorn Na Ayutthaya honored us by being a speaker in the project on the topic of “English in the Service World”. This project aims to provide Student Affairs with knowledge and guidelines on how to apply their knowledge, abilities, and English skills gained from studying in the English for Business Communication program to the service world. The lecture made Student Affairs in the English for Business Communication program, School of Liberal Arts realize that English is very important nowadays. Thailand is a country with a large number of tourists visiting each year. As hosts and service providers in various fields, we should practice English for service work so that we can communicate with foreigners quickly and fluently. Effective English is essential for the success of service-related businesses.
