Dr. Sopha Tapang was honored to be a speaker in the project under the topic of “Using Information Technology for Learning English, Ethics and Laws in Using IT”. This project aims to provide students with knowledge of information technology as a modern tool for learning English, and to make students aware of ethics and laws in using information technology.
