Chinese drinking culture is not just about taste, but also about the art of friendship and celebration. Whether it’s the Bai Jiu (白酒) popular at social gatherings or the Chinese teas and herbs that are created into unique cocktails!
Learn & Practice Brewing
Students practice mixing modern Chinese drinks using popular ingredients, while practicing Chinese language related to bar work and service, increasing both skills and knowledge at the same time.
