Students of the Chinese Business Communication program went on a study trip to Rama Gardens Hotel on the topic of “Expanding the Hotel Business Perspectives”, which is part of the CBC435 Chinese for Hotel Business course. Students learned about interesting duties and positions in various parts of hotel work and saw actual work practices in a hotel, along with interesting facts about service from actual workers in the hotel, on Friday, March 8 and Monday, March 11, 2024.
