– 20 years for offences punishable by death, life imprisonment or 20 years imprisonment, such as the crime of rebellion punishable by death, the case must be filed within the 20-year statute of limitations.
– 15 years for offenses punishable by imprisonment of more than 7 years but less than 20 years, such as the offense of being an official who performs his duties improperly, punishable by imprisonment from 1 year to 10 years, and the case must be filed within the statute of limitations of 15 years.
