On Friday, 25 February 2011, the Law Development Committee of the Council of State, in collaboration with the Law and Development Research Center, Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, and the Commercial Law Study Center, Sripatum University, organized a seminar on Thailand and its accession to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) at the Surakiat Sathirathai Meeting Room, Thep Thawarawadi Building, Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University. The seminar was honored to have Mr. Meechai Ruchuphan, Chairman of the Law Development Committee of the Council of State, give an opening speech. The seminar included discussions and feedback from participants on the following topics:
