The Faculty of Law, Sripatum University organized a practical labor law training program, “Labor Law for State Enterprises”, on March 22-23, 2012 at The Emerald Hotel, Ratchadapisek Road. The program was honored to have Assoc. Prof. Kuson Sangkhanan, Dean of the Faculty of Law, give an opening speech. The objective of the program is to disseminate correct knowledge and understanding to reduce labor disputes in state enterprises and create peace and understanding in the labor society. The lecturers are Professor Emeritus Kasemsan Wilawan, Senior Judge of the Labor Court, Assoc. Prof. Chanthana Charoensak, Judge of the Central Labor Court, temporarily working as a judge of the Court of First Instance, Assistant Judge Division of the Supreme Court, and Asst. Prof. Sophon Charoen, Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Law, Sripatum University and Labor Dispute Mediator of the Central Labor Court, who gave lectures and analyzed case studies with the participants. The program has received a large number of interested participants.
