The mission of the Faculty of Law is to produce quality graduates in line with the standard framework of the Faculty of Law’s aspirations that are in demand by society and support the growth of the ASEAN Economic Community. It promotes and drives research, innovation, and academic works that create organizations with diverse and profound knowledge that are beneficial to society, as well as using research and academic works to develop and improve curricula and teaching to be up-to-date and of high quality, as well as to develop an efficient internal management system of the Faculty of Law, emphasizing organization management, personnel development, and improving the infrastructure to be strong and sufficient to drive the organization to be competitive in the market in terms of graduate production quality and service provision.

Be a graduate with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law from an accredited educational institution.

1. Have the right to take the small court examination for assistant judges and assistant prosecutors according to the criteria set by the Civil Service Commission and the National Anti-Corruption Commission.
2. Advisors and course staff provide close supervision.
3. The curriculum has electives in law that are up-to-date and current.
4. There are plans to choose from: Plan A (thesis) and Plan B (dissertation).
5. There are groups of subjects to choose from including business law, public law, and criminal law and criminal justice process.
6. Saturday-Sunday courses do not affect normal working hours.
7. There is an online legal database for law students (West Law Database).
8. There is a project to organize off-site training for both government and private agencies.
9. There is a Commercial Law Study Center, which is a source of information on commercial law where students can consult more about commercial law, especially about CISG Thailand. You can research more on the Sripathum University website.
Study on Saturday – Sunday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
