The Faculty of Law has arranged for a mock court to allow students to learn about legal proceedings in a courtroom. This is to promote knowledge and understanding of various processes and steps in court operations during trial, by simulating a real courtroom, which consists of the courtroom, witness booths, plaintiff’s seats, defendant’s seats, and the front of the bench.
This mock court laboratory, in addition to being used as part of the teaching of the law course, is also used for various extracurricular activities to allow students to learn about the procedures in courtrooms of courts with special trial methods, in addition to civil and criminal trial methods in various cases, such as bankruptcy cases, labor cases, juvenile and juvenile cases, tax cases, administrative cases, and family cases, etc., which will allow students to see the picture of courtroom proceedings and practice, especially court proceedings, questioning witnesses, and cross-examination of witnesses by both plaintiff and defendant’s lawyers.
