– 1 month = 30 days, so 12 months = 30×12 = 360 days.
But if the punishment is counted as a year, it will be equal to 365-366 days. Those who are punished must receive an additional 5-6 days of punishment.
So don’t be confused. When the court sentences the defendant to X years and XX months in prison, it is for the defendant’s benefit.
