Dr. Chulapat Keeratibhumtham, Ph.D. Laws Program, 1st batch, Sripatum University, who received a thesis grant from the National Research Council of Thailand, received the Thesis Award, Excellent Level, from the National Research Council of Thailand, on the topic of “Legal Framework for the Protection of the Rights of Nature or the Rights of Mother Earth”
