Court is a place of justice.

Firearms are considered deadly weapons. No matter where they are carried, they can cause harm to others.

The court is a place where justice is served to the people. People should feel warm and safe when they are in court, regardless of whether they are plaintiff, witness or defendant. It can be observed that in every court, there are rules of conduct clearly posted in front of the courtroom (example in the comment).

Therefore, carrying a gun into the court shows disrespect for the law, is a serious offense, and is a crime of # contempt of court. The court has the power to order punishment in one of the following ways… according to Civil Procedure Code Section 33.
1. Expel from the court area or
2. Imprisonment (not exceeding 6 months) or a fine (not exceeding 500 baht), or both.
