How to prevent viruses
1. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or alcohol gel.
2. Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing with a tissue or the inside of your elbow.
3. Avoid close contact with people who have respiratory infections or flu-like symptoms.
4. Cook meat and eggs until cooked through.
5. Wear protective gear when coming into contact with wild animals or farm animals.
