The award-winning groups are as follows: Winner Project: IoT Frenergy (Air Conditioner Water Heater) Developed in collaboration with the company: Pack Corporation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Develop IoT Application to use with PAC Frenergy products by pulling API from Sensors device. To process and check various product status such as energy value, temperature, and pressure, etc. Advisor: Dr. Surachai Thongkaew 1st runner-up prize Project: IoT system for water management in production processes Developed in collaboration with the business: Clean Care Concept Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Develop a water management system in the production process by using an IoT system for monitoring and control. Water level in the water tank to control the automatic on/off of the water pump. SPU Cyber Club organized a workshop on “Studying Cyber Attack Prevention: A Case Study from Honeypot System” There are interesting training topics as follows: • Creating a HoneyPot to use as bait and observe the methods of incoming threats. • Using Wazuh Cyber Threat Detection System • Developing Wazuh API to send threat information to other related systems. April 20, 2024 The lecturer will lead students to practice from the beginning of creating a Honeypot to be used as bait. Then, the system will be released for hackers to enter our honeypot. April 21, 2024 Students will learn how to use a threat detection system called Wazuh, which is a popular and widely used system. We will learn how the term Cyber Security works. By MSIT seniors to ICT juniors Mr. Krit Sringerndee, Innovation Marketing Manager Panus Electric Co., Ltd. In this training, students experimented with creating a system and added a fake website to lure hackers into the system. Students learned what vulnerabilities there are and how to protect their own systems, which helped them develop their Cyber Security skills to another level and prepare them for entering the job market in this field.

Computer Engineering students visited the factory of Fort EMS Public Company Limited, which manufactures circuit boards for Turtle Cabinets and sells them worldwide.
