The “Advanced Microsoft Excel Techniques Training Workshop” will be held on January 30-31, 2025 at Meeting Room 501, Building 4, 1st Floor, National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards (ACFS).

January 30th is a practical training session on important features of Microsoft Excel, working with cells and cell references, as well as creating formulas and functions for practical use.
On January 31st, we will focus on working with external data sources, using basic and advanced data tools, working with multiple workbooks, and configuring security.
Participants will develop skills in managing and analyzing large amounts of data effectively, be able to create and apply calculation formulas and functions in Microsoft Excel to support various tasks accurately and quickly, and understand how to connect and import data from external data sources for decision-making. They will also increase their ability to work with multiple files simultaneously and be able to set security values to maintain data confidentiality appropriately.
