Impressions of SPU
I am impressed by the teacher. He is kind and takes care of us like our own children. He makes us dare to talk to him about everything, both personal and academic matters. He is willing to give us advice whenever we need help. Another impressive thing is that I received a scholarship from Her Majesty the Queen Mother. I am very proud. To this day, I always think that I am here today because of Sripatum University.
Applying knowledge to a career
I have applied a lot of the knowledge I have learned to my work because the work I am doing now involves collecting data, filtering it, and analyzing it again before reporting to the management. In addition, I use office programs such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I have applied all the programs I have learned very skillfully.
Problems and obstacles encountered in work and how to solve them
Since I started working, I have held many positions. Positions that require dealing with customers have quite a few problems. For example, some customers do not understand how to use the bank’s application to make transactions, so they get irritated and complain to us. We have to be patient, try to understand them, and slowly explain the details of how to use it, etc.
Message to the youngsters
Everything depends on your mind. If you put your mind to it, nothing is impossible.
