พิธีเปิดหลักสูตร “นักบริหารระดับกลาง” รุ่นที่ 3 ประจำปี 2569
เสริมศักยภาพผู้นำภาครัฐ สู่การขับเคลื่อนองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน
เมื่อวันที่ 11 มกราคม 2569 วิทยาลัยบัณฑิตศึกษาด้านการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม จัดพิธีเปิดหลักสูตร “นักบริหารระดับกลาง” รุ่นที่ 3 ประจำปี 2569 ณ โรงแรมเบสท์ เวสเทิร์น จตุจักร กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีคณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยเข้าร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธีอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิชิต อู่อ้น คณบดีวิทยาลัยบัณฑิตศึกษาด้านการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้ารับการอบรม พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงบทบาทสำคัญของผู้บริหารระดับกลางในฐานะกำลังหลักขององค์กร ซึ่งต้องมีความพร้อมทั้งด้านองค์ความรู้เชิงบริหาร วิสัยทัศน์เชิงยุทธศาสตร์ และความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการภายใต้บริบทการเปลี่ยนแปลงของภาครัฐยุคใหม่
ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นิลุบล ศิวบวรวัฒนา กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์ศวัส สังขนันท์ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีด้านกฎหมาย รักษาการผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีด้านบริการวิชาการ และคณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม เป็นประธานในพิธีกล่าวเปิดการฝึกอบรมอย่างเป็นทางการ
หลักสูตรดังกล่าวมีผู้เข้ารับการอบรมจำนวน 55 คน ประกอบด้วยข้าราชการจากกรมสรรพากรและหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงการคลัง โดยกำหนดจัดการอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 11 – 24 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ ทักษะเชิงบริหาร และมุมมองเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนาประเทศ
ภายหลังพิธีเปิด รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิชิต อู่อ้น ได้บรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ
“การทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างคนต่างวัยในองค์กร (Generation Gap)”
เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในมิติความหลากหลายของบุคลากร และพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารทีมงานให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ ความร่วมมือ และความยั่งยืนในองค์กร
โครงการนี้ดำเนินงานภายใต้ความร่วมมือของศูนย์วิทยบริการ และวิทยาลัยบัณฑิตศึกษาด้านการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม สะท้อนพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของประเทศ โดยมุ่งเสริมสร้างผู้นำและบุคลากรภาครัฐให้มีความพร้อมทั้งด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณธรรม อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของการพัฒนาองค์กรและสังคมอย่างมั่นคง
เพื่อสะท้อนบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน
โครงการฝึกอบรมครั้งนี้สามารถเชื่อมโยงกับ SDGs ในประเด็นสำคัญดังนี้:

Target 4.4 เพิ่มจำนวนเยาวชนและผู้ใหญ่ที่มีทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการจ้างงานและการเป็นผู้นำ
การพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้บริหารระดับกลางของภาครัฐ ผ่านการเสริมสร้างทักษะเชิงบริหาร วิสัยทัศน์เชิงยุทธศาสตร์ และความสามารถในการจัดการองค์กร ซึ่งช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของประเทศอย่างเป็นระบบ

Target 8.2 ยกระดับผลิตภาพทางเศรษฐกิจผ่านการพัฒนาทักษะ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม
การเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้บริหารภาครัฐให้สามารถบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โปร่งใส และตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งมีส่วนสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและการให้บริการสาธารณะที่มีคุณภาพ

Opening Ceremony of the “Mid-Level Executive Development Program”
Cohort 3, Academic Year 2026
Enhancing Public Sector Leadership for Sustainable Organizational Transformation
On January 11, 2026, the Graduate College of Management, Sripatum University, organized the Opening Ceremony of the “Mid-Level Executive Development Program,” Cohort 3, for the Academic Year 2026, at the Best Western Chatuchak Hotel, Bangkok. The ceremony was attended by the University’s executive leadership, who graciously honored the event with their presence.
Associate Professor Dr. Vichit U-On, Dean of the Graduate College of Management, Sripatum University delivered the welcome address, emphasizing the critical role of mid-level executives as the driving force of organizational performance. He highlighted the necessity for such leaders to possess strong managerial competencies, strategic vision, and the capacity to navigate the evolving dynamics of the modern public sector.
Assistant Professor Dr. Nilubon Sivaborwattana presented the program’s objectives. The ceremony was presided over by Ajarn Sawat Sangkanan, Assistant to the President for Legal Affairs, Acting Assistant to the President for Academic Services, and Dean of the School of Law, Sripatum University, who officially declared the program open.
The program enrolls 55 participants, comprising civil servants from the Revenue Department and affiliated agencies under the Ministry of Finance. The training is scheduled from February 11 to February 24, 2026. It is designed to strengthen managerial knowledge, strategic capabilities, and leadership perspectives to enhance the effectiveness of public sector administration in alignment with national development priorities.
Following the opening ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Vichit U-On delivered a special lecture entitled:
“Intergenerational Collaboration in Organizations (Generation Gap)”
The session aimed to foster a deeper understanding of workforce diversity and to promote effective team management strategies that enhance collaboration, organizational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
The program is jointly organized by the Academic Service Center and the Graduate College of Management, Sripatum University. It reflects the University’s mission to advance national human capital development by equipping public sector leaders with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundations necessary for sustainable organizational and societal progress.

The program supports Target 4.4 by strengthening the leadership capacity of mid-level public sector executives. The program enhances the capabilities of public administrators to manage resources effectively, transparently, and responsively in a rapidly changing environment. Such competencies contribute directly to improved public service delivery, institutional efficiency, and sustainable economic development.

The core alignment with SDG 16 lies in cultivating ethical and competent public leaders who are capable of fostering transparent governance and inclusive decision-making processes. The emphasis on intergenerational understanding further strengthens institutional culture, promotes collaboration, and supports the development of accountable and sustainable public institutions.
