การเสริมสร้างบุคลิกภาพครูยุคใหม่ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพวิชาชีพ
วิทยาลัยบัณฑิตศึกษาด้านการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม ได้จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงพัฒนาในหัวข้อ “พัฒนาบุคลิกภาพสู่ความเป็นครู” ให้แก่นักศึกษาในหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2568 โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ ภาพลักษณ์ และทักษะการสื่อสารของว่าที่ครูให้มีความพร้อมสำหรับการปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นมืออาชีพ
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จิตรา ดุษฎีเมธา ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและการสื่อสารเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เป็นวิทยากรบรรยาย ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ทั้งด้านทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ อาทิ
• แนวคิดและองค์ประกอบของบุคลิกภาพที่เหมาะสมสำหรับครู
• เทคนิคการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ การวางตัว และมารยาททางวิชาชีพ
• การใช้ทักษะการสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจ ความเชื่อมั่น และบรรยากาศในชั้นเรียน
• วิธีสร้างการเรียนรู้ที่เป็นมิตร น่าเชื่อถือ และสอดคล้องกับการศึกษาในยุคเปลี่ยนผ่าน
• การปลูกฝังทัศนคติและจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อผู้เรียนและสังคม
นอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมยังได้ฝึกปฏิบัติผ่านกิจกรรมเชิงโต้ตอบ (Interactive Activities) เพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจ บุคลิกภาพ และความพร้อมด้านการสื่อสารเมื่อต้องปฏิบัติงานจริงในสถานศึกษา ซึ่งช่วยให้ว่าที่ครูเกิดความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งต่อบทบาทของครูมืออาชีพ และสามารถนำทักษะที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ต่อไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
วิทยาลัยบัณฑิตศึกษาด้านการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม ยังคงมุ่งมั่นพัฒนานักศึกษาให้เติบโตอย่างรอบด้าน ทั้งด้านวิชาการ บุคลิกภาพ และจรรยาบรรณ เพื่อผลิตครูคุณภาพสู่ระบบการศึกษาไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
เพื่อสะท้อนบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยต่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในระดับสากล เนื้อหากิจกรรมนี้สอดคล้องกับ SDGs ดังต่อไปนี้อย่างชัดเจน
SDG 4: คุณภาพการศึกษา (Quality Education)
เป้าหมายย่อย 4.c — เพิ่มจำนวนครูที่มีคุณวุฒิและผ่านการพัฒนาอย่างเหมาะสม
กิจกรรมอบรมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างบุคลิกภาพ ภาพลักษณ์ และทักษะการสื่อสารของว่าที่ครู ซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญของ “คุณภาพครู” ตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ การสร้างความพร้อมให้ครูสามารถจัดการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพถือเป็นการเพิ่มศักยภาพของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโดยตรง สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายย่อย 4.c ที่ต้องการส่งเสริมให้ประเทศมีครูคุณภาพในระบบการศึกษามากขึ้น
SDG 10: ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ (Reduced Inequalities)
เป้าหมายย่อย 10.2 — ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางสังคมของทุกคน
การพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสาร การสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ที่เป็นมิตร และการวางตัวอย่างเหมาะสม ช่วยให้ครูสามารถออกแบบชั้นเรียนที่ “ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้” และ “ผู้เรียนทุกกลุ่มมีส่วนร่วมได้อย่างเท่าเทียม” ส่งผลให้กระบวนการเรียนรู้ไม่กีดกันผู้เรียนที่มีความหลากหลาย สอดคล้องกับหลักการของเป้าหมายย่อย 10.2 ที่มุ่งลดความเหลื่อมล้ำด้านการเข้าถึงโอกาส
SDG 16: สันติภาพ ความยุติธรรม และสถาบันที่เข้มแข็ง (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions)
เป้าหมายย่อย 16.7 — ให้การตัดสินใจมีความครอบคลุม โปร่งใส และเป็นธรรม
ทักษะการสื่อสารที่สร้างความเข้าใจ ความน่าเชื่อถือ และความเป็นมืออาชีพ ช่วยให้ครูสามารถบริหารชั้นเรียนอย่างมีเหตุผล รับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้เรียนอย่างเป็นธรรม และส่งเสริมให้เกิดปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่เคารพซึ่งกันและกัน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับหลักการของเป้าหมายย่อย 16.7 ที่เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมและการปฏิบัติอย่างโปร่งใสในทุกสถาบัน รวมถึง “สถานศึกษา” ที่เป็นสถาบันสำคัญของสังคม
SDG 17: ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Partnerships for the Goals)
เป้าหมายย่อย 17.16 — ส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันเพื่อสนับสนุน SDGs
กิจกรรมนี้เป็นผลจากความร่วมมือระหว่างวิทยาลัยบัณฑิตศึกษาด้านการจัดการ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากภายนอก และเครือข่ายด้านการศึกษา ซึ่งสะท้อนการสร้าง “Partnerships” เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพครูไทย การจัดอบรมร่วมกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านบุคลิกภาพคือการประสานพลังระหว่างสถาบันเพื่อผลักดันคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายย่อย 17.16
Enhancing Professional Personality to Elevate Teaching Quality
The Graduate College of Management, Sripatum University (SPU), organized a developmental workshop titled “Developing Personality for the Teaching Profession” for students in the Graduate Diploma Program in Teaching Profession. Held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, the initiative aimed to refine the personality, professional image, and communication skills of prospective teachers, ensuring their readiness for effective and professional performance within educational institutions.
The session was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Jitra Dudsdeemaytha, a distinguished expert in personality development and creative communication, who served as the guest lecturer. She imparted comprehensive knowledge covering both theoretical frameworks and practical applications, including:
- Concepts and Elements of Teacher Personality: Understanding the fundamental attributes appropriate for the teaching profession.
- Professional Image and Etiquette: Techniques for enhancing personal appearance, conduct, and professional manners.
- Strategic Communication: Utilizing communication skills to foster understanding, build confidence, and establish a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Modern Learning Environment: Strategies to create a friendly yet credible learning environment aligned with the educational landscape of the transitional era.
- Professional Mindset: Cultivating the spirit of the teaching profession, emphasizing responsibility towards learners and society.
Furthermore, participants engaged in interactive activities designed to bolster confidence and communication readiness for real-world scenarios. These practical exercises fostered a deep understanding of the professional teacher’s role, enabling participants to effectively apply these skills in future learning management.
The Graduate College of Management at Sripatum University remains steadfast in its commitment to the holistic development of students academically, personally, and ethically to produce high-quality educators who will contribute sustainably to the Thai education system.

This aligns with Target 4.c, which aims to ensure the national education system is supported by a sufficient number of high-quality, well-trained teachers.

Developing advanced communication skills, fostering a friendly atmosphere, and maintaining appropriate professional conduct enable teachers to design “accessible” classrooms where “equitable participation” is prioritized. This approach ensures that the learning process involves and respects diverse learners without exclusion, resonating with Target 10.2’s principle of reducing inequalities in access and opportunity.
SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
Target 16.7: Ensure responsive, inclusive, participatory and representative decision-making at all levels. Communication skills that foster understanding, credibility, and professionalism allow teachers to manage classrooms with rationality and fairness. By listening to students impartially and promoting respectful interaction, teachers contribute to building a micro-society based on justice. This reflects Target 16.7, emphasizing participatory and transparent practices within all institutions, with the “educational institution” serving as a critical pillar of society.
SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals
Target 17.16: Enhance the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development, complemented by multi-stakeholder partnerships. This activity exemplifies successful collaboration between the Graduate College of Management, external experts, and educational networks. It reflects the establishment of “Partnerships” dedicated to elevating the quality of Thai educators. By synergizing with distinguished specialists in personality development, the university is mobilizing knowledge and expertise to drive tangible improvements in education, consistent with the objectives of Target 17.16.
