Day 1 of SOAR Programme 2026 officially began with great energy and enthusiasm under the theme, “Automation & Manufacturing Ecosystem.”
The School of Entrepreneurship, Sripatum University, proudly welcomed 44 students and 3 lecturers from the School of Engineering, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore, to Thailand for this special experiential learning journey.
Academic Exploration at Sripatum University
Following the welcome session, participants visited the School of Engineering and the School of Digital Media, where they were introduced to SPU’s learning environment, academic strengths, and innovative educational facilities.
Industry Exposure at Delta Electronics Thailand
The learning experience continued at Delta Electronics Thailand, where students attended an insightful lecture session, explored the company showroom, and participated in a production line tour.
Through direct observation and knowledge sharing, participants gained valuable insights into Thailand’s automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing ecosystem, experiencing firsthand how innovation is applied in real industrial settings.

From academic engagement to practical industry learning, Day 1 truly reflected the spirit of SOAR—connecting classroom knowledge with real-world innovation and inspiring students to broaden their global perspectives.
