Which has collected interesting issues from the perspective of those in the profession as questions to find answers and recommendations for those who must be involved in the construction dispute resolution process, to gain knowledge and put it into practice to solve real problems through case studies that have occurred in Australia and other countries around the world. In Thailand, such an incident has also occurred and this conveyed process has been used to resolve disputes and has resulted in a good and satisfactory conclusion.
