On February 20, 2023, faculty members and students of the Industrial Engineering Program organized a study tour on production management and quality control of the MSG production process at Ajinomoto (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Ayutthaya Plant. This activity allowed students to learn outside the classroom with experts about the application of various tools to solve production process problems from real case studies of the industrial sector.
