Get ready .. Step into the control engineering profession

Prepare .. to enter the control engineering profession
Analysis of trends and skills of future engineers by experts from the Engineering Council of Thailand.

Did you know that all the constructions and developments that have taken place in this world, whether it be real estate, energy sources, or even electricity that feeds various sectors, would not have been possible without the “quality engineers” who work behind the scenes, constantly controlling the quality and developing factors that support life?

“Engineers” are therefore considered one of the most important roles in driving things forward and developing forward under the challenge of creating stability and safety in people’s lives and properties. They also have to prepare a plan to deal with and prevent risks that may occur during their work.

The Faculty of Engineering, Sripatum University, has collaborated with the Council of Deans of Engineering Faculty of Thailand and the Council of Engineers to organize an academic seminar under the topic “Preparing to Step into the Controlled Engineering Profession” with experienced speakers from the Council of Engineers such as Dr. Thanet Weerasiri, Assistant Professor Yuthana Mahatchariyawong, Assistant Professor Dr. Chonlatis Aimworawuttikul, President of the Council of Deans of Engineering Faculty of Thailand for the 45th term, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Sripatum University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Chitsanu Amprae, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Faculty of Engineering, Sripatum University, to share their knowledge with students on January 30, 2023 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Multipurpose Building, Sripatum University, which will be broadcasted live via https://www.facebook.com/EngineeringSripatum/videos/688515922955406/

The lecture topics include new regulations and laws for applying for a license to practice engineering, professional development and promotion of expertise, trends and skills of future engineers.
By experienced lecturers from the Engineering Council

2. Assistant Professor Yuthana Mahachariyawong

and the seminar co-hosts
– Assistant Professor Dr. Chonlathit Aimworawutthikun
President of the Council of Deans of Engineering Faculties of Thailand, 45th term
Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Sripatum University
– Assistant Professor Dr. Chitsanu Amprai
Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Faculty of Engineering, Sripatum University

By which the young engineers who are studying at the bachelor’s degree level will receive the correct knowledge and understanding and be able to prepare themselves before “applying for a license to practice engineering control” which is considered an important weapon in confirming the potential and knowledge standards in practicing that engineering career as well as building confidence among employers in the business sector and related industries in the future.

The lecture also discussed the different types of licenses for practicing controlled engineering, the four types of benefits that can be received, the role of the Council of Engineers, laws related to various types of work, and career paths that can be taken by speakers with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Therefore, it is a good opportunity for future engineers to learn from real people, real experiences, along with exchanging direct experiences from senior engineers, both in terms of academics, work, and life in the controlled engineering profession.

And this is another good activity that the Faculty of Engineering, Sripatum University, has collaborated with the Council of Deans of Engineering Faculty of Thailand and the Council of Engineers to organize an academic seminar to promote standards and transfer knowledge to engineering students.
