Associate Professor Dr. Paiboon Panya Kapo, Head of the Master of Engineering and Doctor of Engineering Programs in Civil Engineering, joined in welcoming and paying homage to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, who visited Phan Pittayakhom School, Phan District, Chiang Rai Province, to present souvenirs to the designer of an earthquake-resistant school building to replace the building damaged by the 2014 earthquake on Thursday, February 16, 2017.
