A new city reclaimed from the sea to become a modern business area of Korea covering 3 cities near Seoul to drive the future economy, consisting of an airport, a port, a modern industrial estate, digital and biotech startups, a MICE conference and city management with Smart City Technologies.
The government has set up a public relations communication area for the public to see the future direction of the country and to invite new-generation business people to come and work and live there.
The city began designing the concept in 2003, and within 20 years has been able to rapidly develop the new city.
