รายละเอียดงาน:
-ประสานงานกับเซลล์ในการดูแลลูกค้า ติดตาม และอัพเดทสินค้าใหม่ๆให้กับลูกค้า
-ช่วยเซลล์ทำนัดในการเข้าไปขายสินค้าให้กับกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
-ดูแลฐานลูกค้าปัจจุบันและรับออเดอร์ลูกค้า
-จัดตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ตามความต้องการของเซลล์
-แจ้งปัญหาให้ลูกค้าทราบถึงความล่าช้าหรือปัญหาที่คาดไม่ถึง
-ออกใบเสร็จ ใบเสนอราคา ใบส่งของให้กับลูกค้า
-บันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย (มีโปรแกรมสำหรับบันทึก)
-ดูแลเรื่องการวางบิลต่างๆ
-แพ็คและจัดส่งสินค้าอย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว
Job Description:
-Provide exceptional after-sales support to current client
-Cold-calling the target customers and make an appointment for sales representative
-Collaborate with sales representative with client follow up
-Issuing customer invoice, delivery note and receipt
-Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
-Coodinate with sales representative with filing important documents and communicating relevant information
-Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
-Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
-Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
-Arrange product samples according to sales representative’s request
-Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

- สนใจในการดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่มร้านอาหาร

- ต้องการเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการขับเคลื่อนและขยายฐานลูกค้าของบริษัทไปด้วยกันกับเรา
- จบปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมร่วมกับเซลล์ได้
- มีใจรักบริการลูกค้า สนใจในการทำงานที่ต้องพูดคุยกับลูกค้า และสามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าได้
- ทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและมีไหวพริบ
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางขึ้นไป
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้Microsoft Office
- สนใจในการทำงานบริษัทใหม่และพร้อมเติบโตไปด้วยกัน
- Interested to assist the restaurant & hotel customer group
- Have a courage to grow in terms of skills and career and passionate in premium ingredients
- Would taking on a challenge to drive and expand the customer base together with the team
- Bachelor degree required (Any field) & New graduate are more than welcome
- Well-organized, wise and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong service mind & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate level English
- A team player with high level of dedication that is interested in working with a new company
