กรีนพีซมองหาผู้นำรุ่นใหม่ไฟแรงสูง ที่ไม่ชอบงานนั่งโต๊ะ แต่ชอบงานภาคสนามที่ได้ออกไปพบปะพูดคุยกับผู้คน พร้อมเรียนรู้พัฒนาตัวเองเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมาย และมีความอดทน พร้อมที่จะเผชิญกับปัญหาและความท้าทาย โดยมีหน้าที่..
- สื่อสารถึงปัญหาและผลกระทบเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อม เชื่อมโยงกับผู้สนใจ และกระตุ้นทำให้เกิดการมีส่วนร่วม ทั้งในส่วนกิจกรรมโครงการ รวมถึงการสนับสนุนทางการเงิน เพื่อให้งานรณณรงค์ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทำได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและบรรลุผลสำเร็จ
- ทำงานตามสถานที่ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เช่น ห้างสรรพสินค้า อาคารสำนักงาน งานแสดงสินค้า
- เข้าอบรมความรู้เกี่ยวกับโครงการสิ่งแวดล้อมและพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารนำเสนอ รวมถึงการพัฒนาทัศนคติ และความเป็นผู้นำ เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่องค์กรกำหนด
- พัฒนาทักษะและทัศนคติให้ทีมงาน รวมถึงสนับสนุนให้บรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- รายงานผลการทำงาน วิเคราะห์และกำหนดแผนการพัฒนาทักษะและทัศนติทีมงาน ร่วมกับหัวหน้าสายงาน
- ร่วมทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะงานรณรงค์ของกรีนพีซ

คุณสมบัติ
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแลทีมขายหรือทีมระดมทุนอย่างน้อย 6 เดือนขึ้นไป
- น้ำหนักไม่เกินมาตรฐาน (bmi ? 25) บุคลิกภาพดี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
- อยากทำงานที่มีส่วนช่วยเหลือสิ่งแวดล้อม
- อยากมีรายได้สูง และมีโอกาสเติบโตในสายงาน
- อยากมีโอกาสได้เดินทางท่องเที่ยวในต่างจังหวัด
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มั่นใจ กล้าแสดงออก มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงานและมุ่งมั่นเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมาย
- มีความยืดหยุ่น สามารถที่จะทำงานในหลากหลายสถานที่ และมีความพร้อมที่จะทำงานในวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ (เฉลี่ยทำงาน5วันต่อสัปดาห์)
- สามารถเดินทางออกต่างจังหวัดได้ (ดูแลการเดินทางโดย เครื่องบิน และมีที่พักโรงแรม)
- มีความกระตือรือร้นและชอบงานที่ท้าทายความสามารถตนเอง
- พร้อมเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ
