Open the world to the hotel business
First year students, Hotel Management Program, Tourism Management Program
and the Department of Cruise Business Management, College of Tourism and Hospitality, Sripathum University
More than 200 people joined the project to open the world to the hotel business at Rama Gardens Hotel on 11-12 November 2017.
Activities include:
– Study and observe the operations of each department of the hotel, such as the reception, restaurant, banquet hall, etc.
– Practice professional skills, practice mixing drinks, practice making tables, practice making salads, practice making crepes.
– Gala Dinner: Learn Western dining etiquette and dining habits, and each group of students performs on stage.
– Ending with Icebreakers recreational activities to create unity in teamwork.
