Yutthaphong Soncharoenkun (Yut)
Alumni of the Management Program, Faculty of Business Administration
Currently doing real estate business, accepting second-hand houses for sale, buying and auctioning properties for renovation, and being a project developer.
○ Why did you choose this business?
When I was a child, my family was poor and we didn’t have a good place to live. So I thought that when I worked to earn money, I had to have a good house to live in. So I was interested in a career in real estate and thought that there were still many people who valued housing. This career is a job that makes people’s lives more complete and is a dream job for many people. It is a career that requires experience, capital, and the need to develop oneself all the time in order to keep up with consumer trends.
○ Talking about SPU
Studying at Sripathum University has given me a lot of knowledge that I can apply to my work in many areas because Sripathum emphasizes learning from the real experiences of professionals in the industry. This has given me a guideline on how to proceed, what kind of approach, and how to achieve my goals beautifully and steadily.
○ Message to the youngsters
I am not a good student and I am not good at presenting in front of the class. I would like to tell my juniors that if you choose to study this field, do not just focus on graduating. Focus on the knowledge that the teacher teaches and the experience gained from the internship to use in creating future work and as a guideline for further development of yourself and your business.
